Allstate Insurance relocates in Hamden

3011 whitneyAllstate Insurance has relocated to 3011 Whitney Ave in Hamden.  They have leased 1100 square feet at the former Hamden Library Building in the Mt Carmel Section.   The Owners of the building were represented by Noah Meyer and The tenant was represented by Marty Ruff, Both of Levey Miller Maretz.  The building is now 50% leased with 3000 square feet available.
