120,000 SF building sells in Waterbury

Cherry St 120,000 SF industrial building has been sold in Waterbury.  The former Timex Headquarters was sold for $350,000.  The sale consisted of two buildings , a 10,000 SF beautiful stone building and a 110,000 SF five story brick building.   The seller Carpe, LLC sold the building to New Horizons.   Noah Meyer of Levey Miller Maretz represented the seller and Vance Taylor of AMS represented the buyer.  The buyers have amassed hundreds of thousand of square feet in neighborhood with the goals of developing the properties in the future.
