Tranzon Integrated Property Group, in cooperation with Noah Meyer of Levey Miller Maretz, has sold the cell phone tower located on 39 Cherry Street in Waterbury. The tower is located on the old Timex Watch Factory site. It was lease to T-Mobile for 5 years. The cell tower sold for $230,000. The buyer was Global Tower Partners.
