The building consists of a 9,500 square foot professional office building on approximately 1 acre of land. Levey Miller Maretz represented the seller, Harrison Research Drive Realty and Dow Realty Company represented the buyer. Financing was arranged through the Bank of Southern Connecticut and Connecticut Community Investment Corporation. The sellers were represented by Attorney Stuart Margolis and the buyers were represented by Attorney Eugene Torrenti
